1. Service Description

QA Lab ("we", "us", "our") provides automated iOS application quality assurance testing services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Delivery

We test iOS applications provided via TestFlight links or IPA files. Standard audits are delivered within 24 hours of receiving your build. Retainer clients receive priority 12-hour turnaround.

3. No Source Code Required

We test compiled binaries only. We do not request, store, or review source code. You retain full ownership of your intellectual property.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required before audit delivery. International clients pay via Upwork Direct Contracts or PayPal. Indian clients may pay via Razorpay. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client applications and audit reports as confidential. We do not share, publish, or disclose client app details to third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

QA Lab reports identify defects found during our test runs. We do not guarantee that all bugs in an application will be found. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific audit in question.

7. Acceptable Use

You may only submit applications you own or have authority to test. We reserve the right to decline audits for applications that violate applicable laws or platform guidelines.
