Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our work. If we fail to deliver as promised, we will make it right.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

• We did not deliver your report within the agreed turnaround time (24 hours for Standard, 12 hours for Retainer priority).
• We tested the wrong build due to an error on our part.
• The delivered report is clearly incomplete (missing flows that were in scope).

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

• The audit was delivered on time and in full, but you disagree with the findings.
• Your build was inaccessible via the TestFlight link you provided.
• You submitted an invalid or expired TestFlight link.
• The micro-audit (free teaser) — this service is provided at no charge.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@getqalab.com within 7 days of report delivery with your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days.

Retainer Cancellation

Monthly retainers may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
