We collect only the information necessary to deliver our service: your name, email address, and the TestFlight link or IPA file you submit for testing. We do not collect payment details directly — payments are processed by Upwork, PayPal, or Razorpay.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to: (a) deliver your audit report, (b) communicate about your order, and (c) improve our testing methodology. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

3. Data Storage

Audit reports and associated test data are retained for 30 days after delivery, then deleted. We do not permanently store client application files.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Upwork (contract management), PayPal (payment processing), Razorpay (Indian payment processing). Each has their own privacy policy governing data they collect.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information or application data with third parties, except as required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@getqalab.com. We will respond within 7 business days.
